Not For Sale To
FiPro Foaming Aerosol, produced and sold by Solutions Pest & Lawn, is a Fipronil-based professional foam spray product that is approved for indoor and outdoor crack and crevice treatment. Fipro Aerosol is a foaming insecticide that releases the active ingredient of Fipronil in a foam formulation so when FiPro is applied to insect galleries, it quickly expands, generating a dry foam that kills wood-destroying insects like termites, carpenter ants, powder post beetles, old house borers, and wharf borers. It can be used on many different wood surfaces indoors and outdoors.
FiPro Foaming Aerosol can also be used to treat cracks, crevices, and voids to target other insect pests, such as some ants and beetles. It is non-repellent and leaves behind a residual, meaning pests will not detect the insecticide and come into contact with the spray.
FiPro Aerosol spreads through a transfer effect, so the affected insect will return to the nest and unknowingly spread it throughout the colony. FiPro Aerosol is 100% guaranteed and ready-to-use on termites and insects where they are found or suspected.
FiPro Foaming Aerosol is included with an injector straw that is required to accurately spray into cracks and crevices.
How to Use
- Step 1: Shake the Fipro Aerosol can thoroughly, remove the finger cover cap and insert the injector straw into the nozzle tip.
- Step 2: Aim the straw into cracks or crevices, or openings where insect activity is detected, such as windows, door frames, around plumbing, and more. In some instances when treating wood-destroying insects, you will need to drill a hole into the surface to access the insect gallery.
- Step 3: Spray the Fipro Aerosol into the affected area. You should be spraying between 4 and 8 seconds to allow the product to expand and disperse into the treatment area. Wipe any excess foam away as soon as possible. Allow the area to dry. You should expect to see results within 1 week.
Where to Use
FiPro Foaming Aerosol can be used to treat structural and non-structural items that appear to be attacked by wood-damaging insects. It can be used in homes and office buildings. When using FiPro Foaming Aerosol indoors, spray into cracks and crevices around windows, doors, plumbing, and baseboards. When using FiPro outside, spray into cracks and crevices found in concrete slabs, wooden fence posts, and landscape timbers. Holes may also be drilled to reach insect harborages.
When to Use
FiPro Foaming Aerosol can be used as a localized treatment for the control of existing infestations of subterranean termites and other wood-destroying insects, or as a supplemental treatment for structural protection. Fipro Aerosol has a long-lasting residual, but we recommend reapplying every 30 days for continued control.
FiPro Foaming Aerosol is safe for humans and pets when used as directed. FiPro Aerosol is flammable; keep away from heat sources and open flames. Do not pierce or burn the aerosol can after use. Wear the necessary PPE prior to applying the product.
FiPro Aerosol is not a substitute for mechanical alteration, soil treatment, or foundation treatment. It is recommended to use Fipro Foaming Aerosol alongside RedEye Termite Monitoring Stations to treat the stations when Termites are detected.
